Case Management
The Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana's Office of Disaster Response currently is providing case management services to individuals and families affected by hurricane Katrina. The program provides for individual case managers to help individual families resolve the complicated problems and needs they face preventing long term recovery.
Our case managers are trained to support as well as to empower hurricane survivors to take control of their own recovery plan. The process includes linking the clients to the benefits, providers and services needed to assist them in their recovery.
